Dyrand Systems is a 100% Canadian, British Columbia owned company.
Our Field Support department operates throughout the Lower Mainland (Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley). Our long-term partner companies provide Field Support for our clients throughout North America. Our clients have access to our 24/7 Help Desk (Level 1), and Remote Support (Level 2) departments from anywhere in the world. In addition, our clients' systems are monitored 24/7 by our NOC.
Ed Anderson was a co-founder of Dyrand Systems in 2001. His experiences as a Systems Engineer, Account Manager and Team Lead helped him develop the skills required to running an IT services company. Together with Nicholas, Ed became 50% shareholder and Managing Director of Dyrand Systems in November 2008.
Nicholas Drayer has over 20 years of experience in information systems development, information technology management, and strategic consulting. At the end of 2007 he joined Dyrand Systems as Chief Operations Officer (COO), and became 50% shareholder and Managing Director in November 2008.
